Dr. Sapp offers individual and family therapy and works with children, adolescents, and adults.  Her practice is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, including the LGBTQ+ community and clients of all genders, ethnicities, and faiths. The following areas are of primary interest and expertise:

  • Mood and trauma-related disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, phobias, panic disorder, acute stress.

  • Suicide prevention and grief after suicide loss.

  • Emotional and family effects of  chronic or terminal illness.

  • Psychological distress from emotional, physical, sexual abuse.

  • Adjustment difficulties related to COVID-19 pandemic, job loss, divorce, loss of a loved one, life transition.

  • Assessment and treatment of child and adolescent behavior, attention, and learning difficulties including ADHD, failing grades, defiant behavior.

  • Parent consultation and coaching to strengthen parenting skills and  healthy parent-child relationships.
